If your primary need is for someone to be physically present in your office to answer phones or ship products, a Virtual Assistant may not be your best solution. However, most entrepreneurs and small businesses need a professional that does much more than that. They need a business partner who has a variety of experience to work with them, not for them. As your business partner, we will learn about your business so that you consistently receive quality, professional work created with the same pride as you would do yourself. How will we communicate? Depending on your preference, we can communicate via phone, fax, email, instant messaging (through AOL, Yahoo or ICQ) or via standard mail. We are located centrally in Texas (CST zone) and work with you to arrange a schedule to be available when needed, during your working hours. What does it cost? Most of our fees are hourly, based on the type of project we are doing for you. Average fees range between $30 and $50 per hour. After your initial free consultation, you will be given an agreement that details your project and the associated fees. Clients who use our services on an ongoing basis (retained fees) are given a discount on their hourly rates. Remember every minute you pay for is productive time. Do I have to make a long term commitment? Absolutely not. During your initial consultation, we will determine your requirements and decide together how we can best accomplish those. If you want to start with one project, we can accommodate that. Most of our clients retain our services for a certain number of hours per month because it assures them we will have our time allocated for their business and it also saves them money because we discount our fees for retained services.
